In 2023, Kristo Klementi, the CEO of Revismo, was honored with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Now, the winner for 2024 has been selected, and the title goes to Silver Pütsep from Top Marine Infra OÜ.
We asked Kristo to reflect on the past year and share how the title of Young Entrepreneur has influenced him and Revismo’s activities.
“This award was a significant recognition for both me personally and the Revismo team. I believe that recognizing entrepreneurs and companies in this way is important and has definitely provided me with extra motivation in my daily work. For the team as a whole, it’s a sign that we’re on the right path and that product development is a field that holds broader importance.
There are many companies in Estonia whose products have entered the international market, and even more companies are still on their way there. Reaching our own products and production is one of the main ways we can offer higher added value in Estonia, thereby growing our economy and well-being. Product development and engineering play a crucial role here, and it’s great to see these fields gaining more recognition. At Revismo, all of our clients are extremely important—both in Estonia and abroad. However, when we develop products for Estonian companies and provide them with engineering services, we certainly feel a sense of mission in contributing to bringing our own country’s products to the international market.
Silver Pütsep, who won the 2024 Young Entrepreneur title, is another great example of how Estonian products can reach the global market. Their products have proven themselves at home and abroad. I wish Silver and Top Marine Infra all the best for the future.”
The Young Entrepreneur title is awarded annually by the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and LHV, with the support of the President of the Republic of Estonia, Alar Karis.
