Revismo designed and delivered a special purpose lathe

16.09.2021UncategorizedAdmin

Revismo Designs Advanced Lathing Machine for Long Wooden Poles

The uniqueness of the lathing machine lies in its ability to process wood pieces longer than 10 metres. The machine produces products such as flagpoles and lighting poles.

Equipped with a touch screen control, the machine performs almost all operations automatically. Revismo prioritized safety and strict standards compliance throughout the design.

Key project challenges included managing the length and material properties of the wooden blanks. Revismo’s team completed detailed working designs and oversaw assembly and installation at the client’s location.

The total design and development effort was approximately 380 hours.
