Kristo Klementi, Revismo\u2019s CEO<\/strong>, who was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2023<\/strong>, discussed in a radio interview a variety of topics such as: the company\u2019s early years, the evolution of the entrepreneurial journey, the joys and pains of the profession, finding good engineers and the importance of team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kristo admits that Revismo\u2019s success and its organic, yet relatively rapid development and growth is always based on the team as a whole. \u201cAt the end of the day, of course, you can maybe talk about some of the right decisions being made by management but it\u2019s still a team that does the work every day and I often say at our firm events that our company is a service company, and if we don\u2019t go to work on Monday morning, there is essentially no company.\u201d<\/em> However, returning to the management team, Kristo points out that recruitment is crucial and adds: \u201cIt is definitely one of the things that I haven\u2019t dropped from my desk, and I definitely plan to be part of it in the future too, because we are not just recruiting engineers, we are recruiting excellent engineers!\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attraction of working at Revismo for Kristo is that their work is extremely interesting for an engineer as there are no identical projects, which means that the projects are quite challenging and therefore even more fascinating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going deeper into being a leader, Kristo believes that \u201ca leader is not some kind of miraculous or special being, he does his job, he has his tasks and he has to do it with his heart, it\u2019s definitely not an eight-to-five job, it\u2019s a lifestyle.\u201d<\/em> Despite \u00a0the hardships of the job of a manager and the fact that \u00a0sometimes he still doesn\u2019t trust his gut feeling, even though he should, Kristo says: \u201cI don\u2019t see myself doing anything else, maybe I will one day, but there is no other plan or vision at the moment, I\u2019m just trying to keep doing what I\u2019m already doing today.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, at the end of the programme, the dialogue moved towards the topic of the manager\u2019s loneliness. Kristo admitted that he has a very lovely family, three children, a wife and excellent colleagues, that he has nothing to complain about and agreed with the host that behind every recognition, there is always family, in addition to everything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
