We are pleased to announce that the <\/span>Snoller sled with wheels<\/span><\/b> has won the <\/span>2024 Design of the Year Award<\/span><\/b><\/a>. This year, Patendiamet introduced this prestigious award for the first time, recognizing an Estonian company that has brought an outstandingly designed product to market and protected it as a design solution.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

From Necessity to Innovation<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n

According to <\/span>Snoller O\u00dc\u2019s founder, Lilian Promet<\/span><\/b>, the idea was born out of a real need:<\/span> “The idea for Snoller came from my struggle as a mother pushing a stroller through deep snow in winter. Using a sled worked outdoors but became impractical indoors or when crossing roads. This led to the idea of creating a sled with wheels.”<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Engineering & Design \u2013 Hand in Hand<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n

The design and technical development of Snoller took shape through <\/span>close collaboration with Revismo\u2019s engineering team<\/span><\/b>. <\/span>Matis Otstak, Kristo Klementi, and Erik Heiki Veelmaa<\/span><\/b> focused on usability, aesthetics, and manufacturability to create a functional and visually appealing product.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
