Development and design of timber supply line

06.01.2021UncategorizedAdmin

In December 2020, Revismo Engineering completed the development and design of a fully automatic timber supply line.

The content of the project was first to map the customer’s wishes and the shortcomings of the existing device, followed by the development and design of a new supply line. The various parameters of the feed line, such as the input wood thickness, length and line speed, can be automatically adjusted from the control panel, which allows the line to be readily reconfigured according to the raw material. In addition to the development and design of the line, Revismo’s work also included the preparation of instructions for the use, maintenance and installation of the line and the preparation of the documents required for CE marking.

The total number of design and development hours was approximately 800.
