Most products marketed in the European Union must have proper operating and maintenance manuals. Depending on the product type, the requirements may result from many different standards or directives. We prepare proper instructions for all products, equipment and machines we have developed. In addition, we offer as a service the preparation of instructions for existing products and equipment.

In addition to operating and maintenance instructions, we also prepare instructions for lifting, storage, assembly, installation and other operations that require specific instructions from the manufacturer or seller. The prepared instructions are generally in Estonian or English. If necessary, we can have a technical translator translate the instruction into a language of your choice.

The instructions we prepare are generally in printable .pdf format, but we also prepare instructions that are used in a virtual form. Examples of such instructions are animations of product assembly or replacement of consumables.

Risk analysis

One important part of the requirements for products and equipment is carrying out a proper risk analysis. We perform risk analysis of products, equipment and machines, in the course of which we map potential hazards and risks and develop measures to mitigate them. Risk analysis is one of the most important bases for preparation of a proper operating and maintenance instruction. We perform risk assessment in accordance with the standards in force in the European Union.
