CFD
Aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, thermodynamics
CFD or computational fluid dynamics is the branch of engineering computation that deals with the flow of liquids and gases and analysis of thermal influences. Analyses are conducted virtually, using specific software.
CFD software allows us to virtually analyse the influences created by various liquids, gases and temperature. For our clients, this reduces by severalfold the means and time expended on developing products and preparing prototypes.
Aerodynamics
Aerodynamics is devoted to the study of the flow and movement of gases. Using CFD analysis, our engineers can carry out virtual wind tunnel experiments, determine the loads that wind places on certain structures (such as a liquid tank or advertising billboard), optimize the geometry of systems for emission of gases, and so on. As calculations take place virtually, they are part of the development process, allowing potential problems to be prevented already during development.
Hydrodynamics
Hydrodynamics is a field that deals with the flow and movement of liquids. The possibilities of CFD analysis can be used to assess movement/flow of liquids in, for instance, hydraulic components, pipelines and valves, to name just a few. Based on the results of the analyses, we can optimize the geometry of the products to ensure that the product being developed works flawlessly.
Thermodynamics
CFD analysis of thermodynamics give our engineers the means they need to assess influences stemming from temperature and/or changes thereof in products. Assessment of temperature influences is a key consideration when it comes to combustion equipment, heating equipment and electronics components as well as different kinds of manufacturing equipment.
